Is a Care Plan required?
No — they're optional and month-to-month. Without one you receive your website files and host it yourself. With one, hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and updates are handled for you from $39/month.
Can I cancel?
Any time, with no contract and no cancellation fee. Your website is yours — we hand over the files and help you move to another host.
What counts as a monthly content edit?
Text changes, new photos, updated prices or hours, seasonal promotions, new service entries, and similar updates. Email the change and it gets made — you never touch code. Bigger work like new pages or new functionality is quoted separately, or covered by the Performance plan's landing page creation.
Do I keep my website if I stop paying?
Yes. You own your website outright from the day it launches. A Care Plan pays for hosting and ongoing work — never for the right to use your own site.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Any time, in either direction. Plenty of businesses start on Essential at launch and move up once the site is bringing in steady work.
Do you maintain websites you didn't build?
Often, yes. It depends on how the existing site was built — send us the URL and you'll get an honest answer, including "this would cost you less to rebuild" when that's true.
