You already have a website. Is it earning its keep?
Send us the address and we'll go through it the way one of your customers would — on a phone, in a hurry, with somewhere else to be. You'll get a short video walkthrough and a written list of what's working and what's costing you, within 2 business days. Free, and you're not obligated to do anything with it.

A recording and a list — not a PDF full of scores
Automated reports hand you a number out of 100 and leave you to work out what it means. This is a person looking at your site and telling you what they'd change first.
A 5–8 minute video walkthrough
A screen recording of your site with the owner talking through it — where a visitor hesitates, what loads slowly, what's hard to find on a phone. You can see the problem happening rather than reading a description of it.
A written summary in priority order
Every finding written down, most costly first, in plain language. If you have a developer already, this is the part you forward to them. If you don't, it's a to-do list that doesn't expire.
Six things that decide whether a visitor stays
Speed on a real phone
How long the page takes to become useful on mobile data, and whether things jump around while it loads.
The mobile experience
Text you can read without pinching, buttons you can hit with a thumb, forms that work one-handed.
How easily someone can contact you
Whether your phone number, address and forms are where a ready-to-buy visitor expects them — and whether they work.
Search fundamentals
Page titles, descriptions, headings and whether search engines can read and index what you've published.
Trust signals
Whether a stranger can tell in five seconds what you do, where you are, and why they should believe you.
Accessibility basics
Contrast, labelled form fields and keyboard navigation — the things that quietly exclude a slice of your customers.
We review what's publicly visible, the same as any customer or search engine. No logins, no hosting credentials, no admin access.
Three steps, and two of them are ours
Send us the address
Your website, your name, your email. That's the whole form — it takes about thirty seconds.
Day 0We go through it properly
On a phone and on a desktop, page by page, recording as we go. Not a script — an actual review.
Day 1You get the video and the list
Both land in your inbox within 2 business days. Watch it, read it, and do whatever you like with it.
Day 2Request your free audit
Three fields. We'll reply to confirm we've got it, then send the audit within 2 business days.
Two business days
If anything delays it, you'll hear from us before the deadline rather than after it.
The owner does it
Not a junior, not a tool with a logo on it. The same person who'd do the work if you hired us.
No obligation
You can take the list to another developer, or do nothing at all. There's no follow-up sequence.
No access required
We never ask for logins or hosting credentials. Everything reviewed is publicly visible.
Straight answers
Is it actually free, or is there a catch?
It's free and there's no obligation. It's a sample of how we work — you see what we notice and how we explain it, and we get to meet business owners who might one day need a site built. If yours is in good shape we'll say so, and you'll owe us nothing but the two minutes it took to fill in the form.
What exactly do I receive?
Two things. A screen recording of about five to eight minutes where we go through your site and talk about what we're seeing, and a written summary listing what we found in priority order. The video shows you the problem; the written list is what you hand to whoever fixes it.
How long does it take?
Within 2 business days of your request. If something delays it you'll hear from us before the deadline rather than after.
Do you need access to my website?
No. Everything we review is visible from the outside, the same way a customer or a search engine sees it. We never ask for logins, hosting credentials or admin access to run an audit.
Do I have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The written list is yours to keep and act on however you like — fix it yourself, hand it to your current developer, or ignore it. If you'd rather we handled it, we'll quote a flat price, but you have to ask.
What if my website is already fine?
Then the audit says so. We'd rather tell you your site is working than invent problems to sell against — the ones we do find are things you can verify yourself while watching the recording.
Rather skip the audit and just get a price?
If you already know your site needs replacing, the quote form gets you a flat number and a launch date — usually the same day.
